Resume and job-description information is used to prepare the customer's personalized materials and provide related customer service.

Customer information will not be sold to third parties.

Uploaded documents may be stored temporarily or for as long as reasonably necessary to complete the service and handle support requests.

Customers should not upload passwords, financial information, confidential company credentials or unrelated sensitive information.
